Return Process:

If you’re unsatisfied with the product’s quality or it has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at huhalavie@gmail.com for assistance. If a return is needed, simply send the item to our address at 4859 Ascot Ave, Los Angeles, CA, 90011, US.

Our goal is to ensure your full satisfaction, and our return and refund policy is designed to make the process straightforward and hassle-free.

Return Procedure:

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, reach out within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid shipping label. For other returns or exchanges, you have 15 days from receipt to begin the process. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories. You can start the return or exchange through our website or via email.

Please note that personalized, custom, and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs for non-defective items.

Refunds:

Once we receive the returned item at our facility, we will inspect it to ensure it’s in its original condition. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent.

For defective or damaged items outside the 30-day return window, we will make every effort to provide a solution, such as repair or replacement. Our goal is to find a resolution that satisfies you.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Sale Items:

Refunds apply only to regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. If it was not marked as a gift, the refund will go to the gift giver, who will be notified of the return.

Shipping:

To begin a return for an item not as described, please email us at huhalavie@gmail.com, and we’ll guide you on next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Be sure the item is securely packaged and include the original invoice. After receiving the item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange.
